This is an excellent chance to talk with him about his experience and how it would make him a great Councilman to represent all Monrovians. It will be relaxed townhall sort of meeting where you can find out his thoughts on unifying the community (not just North of Foothill), gang control, crime, high density development and whatever else you want to know his position on.
